You are invited to join us for a deep healing session. This pranayama yoga (breath work) is an active meditation that facilitates stuck energy to move and flow throughout your physical, mental, and emotional bodies. This is your opportunity to energetically release what you’ve been holding onto, that which isn’t yours or no longer serves you. With the use of essential oils, wild herbs, music, and genuine intuition, Alison will create a safe container for you to journey inward with your breath. The breath will lead each individual toward their own unique experience; it will connect you to your body’s innate wisdom. You will leave feeling lighter, more clear, open-hearted, and with a full flowing tank of prana (life-force energy)!
