“Thank you so much, I am so grateful.”

This is my new favorite mantra and I recite it several times a day.

  • When I first wake up- thank you so much for this day, I am so grateful.
  • As I am brushing my teeth I look in the mirror- thank you- you are so beautiful, I am so grateful for you.
  • When I eat food- giving thanks as I eat the food- thank you mother earth for nourishing me, thank you to the farmers that grew this food- I am so grateful.
  • As I drink water- thank you water of life for sustaining me. I am so grateful.
  • When I am walking the dog- Thank you father Sun for shining upon me and for lighting the day.
  • At night- saying good night to my children- thank you universe for blessing me with my wonderful family, I am so grateful.

When we are in a state of Gratitude- it raises our vibration up.  When we are grateful it is easier for us to be in the state of LOVE.  We are giving love and receiving love when we are giving gratitude.  Imagine that you are drawing a circle of white light around you when you are giving gratitude.  When you are in the vibration of gratitude- you are creating this protective, purifying, healing, and cleansing circle around you.  This is the circle of love, prana and chi that surrounds you.  By expressing gratitude- you are amplifying the strength of this healing circle around you.  The more time that you spend in gratitude, the stronger this love circle is around you.  The stronger the protection of LOVE is around you- the more blessings will be showered upon you and the more protection you will have from illness, negative energies and destructive behaviors.  You will also increase your ability to manifest what you desire in your life.

Next time you are upset about something and you start feeling sorry for yourself, you start looking at everything that is not working for you in your life, and sitting on your pity-potty.  When that happens- try shifting your perspective from victim into gratitude.  Try looking at the situation differently and saying, “Thank you universe for bringing me this lesson.  I am so grateful, thank you for giving me the opportunity to finally release this old pattern from my life.”  As you choose a new way of acting in this situation-you are changing the course of your life.  You will be creating a new future where you do not have to repeat this painful lesson again.  Thank you!  Thank you for letting me heal this.

When you offer your gratitude to others- they can feel your love and it strengthens your relationship.  If you want to create healthy relationships with all your relations- the fastest and easiest way to do that is to start offering gratitude to each and every person, place and thing that you are in relationship with.  By acknowledging gratitude to others, you are taking notice of the positive impact that they have in your life.  You are thanking them for all they do for you.  When a person feels appreciated they are more likely to continue to help you.  The more you can genuinely show your gratitude, the stronger your relationships will be.

Please note- I am not talking about false praise.  I personally am very turned off by flattery that is not backed by true appreciation. If you don’t believe it, don’t say it.  If you don’t have true gratitude toward someone it is best to simply be quite and not to point out their flaws or speak their praise without meaning it.  I am specifically referring to genuine gratitude right now.

My invitation to you-  is to bring more gratitude into your life.  Practice repeating the mantra “Thank you so much, I am so grateful,” 20 times every day for a week and see how that impacts your life.  I can assure you- that you will find more peace, joy and happiness when you are in a vibration of gratitude.

Imagine every time you walked on the mother- your feet were kissing the ground saying thank you.

What if every time you interacted with water you said- “Thank you water of life for nourishing me, I am so grateful.”

As you wake each morning- begin your day in the vibration of love and gratitude by offering thanks for life and your loved ones as your first thoughts upon opening your eyes each morning.

As you lay your head on your pillow for sleep- list 3 things you are grateful for from the day- setting your body in a deep relaxing state to receive rest in your sleep.

In order to remind yourself to give gratitude I invite you to set a timer on your watch or phone to ding every hour.  Every hour when you hear the chime- pause and take three breaths.  As you breathe in- imagine you are breathing in clear, clean prana, chi, or white light.  As you breathe out- imagine you are releasing any old stagnant energy that is no longer serving you.  Breathe out your old patterns and thought forms.  After three breaths- than say three things that you are grateful for and why you are grateful for these things.

This simple practice can open your energy field to receiving many more blessings.  You will be able to attract more of what you want by generating this gratitude energy in your life.  You will also be able to release with more ease your pains, anger and victim mentality.

As we are in this season of gratitude- I am happy to share with you my gratitude.

“Thank you.  Thank you so much for reading this.  Thank you for being a part of my life and journey.  I wish you many blessings on your path, and I honor your sacred journey on this earth.  Thank you, I love you, I am grateful for you in my life.”
