Venus is still in Retrograde-
Venus is still in retrograde and relationship patterns continue to surfice for healing.
Old ways of BEing are coming up so that we can see the pattern, learn the lesson and release the dysfunction- thus making way for new beginnings and creating space for a different way of BEing in our relationships.
I had been planning on sharing a few posts on Venus Retrograde because relationship matters have been coming up a lot in sessions with clients.
However the thinning of the veil and the passing of souls to the other realm seems to be more in the consciousness right not. With so much loss and destruction from the fires in California, the shootings near to my town, suicide of friends, death and the final days with our loved ones- these precious tender times we get to hold our hearts near and dear right now.
Last week- I had two sessions with women who were wanting to step into a place of vulnerable authenticity in their new budding relationships, and 2 clients who wanted to cut all ties with past lovers so that they could be free of their energy, and then another relationship topic which was a person who was ready to let go of feelings of shame and guilt around sex and embrace the beauty of being a sensual BEing.
To the women who were starting a new relationship- Venus in Retrograde is not the best time to start a relationship- you would be better off waiting a few more days until it goes direct on november 16- (although we have Mercury going Retrograde then 🙂 )- but if you have already taken the plunge- here are some words of wisdom- I shared with them one of my favorite quotes.
One time I was listening to a Marianne Williamson talk and she said something like, “If you find someone you like- just start praying.” She said that the best thing to do was to simply pray because whenever we are entering into a new relationship- all of our shit will come up. We will start acting neurotic, self sabotaging and despite trying to play it cool- we tend to go a bit crazy. The reason she suggests to pray- is so we don’t let all of those nerds in our head ruin the opportunity.
The women that I was coaching last week wanted to have the conversation with the men in their lives about the relationship. They were both feeling timid to share their feelings. One said, “I love him so much- it scares me. And i don’t want him to hurt me again.” She was opening up once again to a previous lover. I was helping her to return back to her center. Finding within herself her place of authenticity and power. Allowing her the space so that she could be grounded into herself, her true essence- then from there speaking openly and vulnerably to her partner.
Leading with a vulnerable open heart.
And speaking from a place of love and not fear.
Thus she could rephrase the above sentence to something like, “I love you so much and that scares me because i don’t feel in control. I would really like to see where this relationship leads and I am willing to put in the effort to explore our relationship.”
Speaking openly and vulnerably to her partner from a place of love.
Speaking from her feelings about how it makes her feel. It has nothing to do with the other person, what they do or don’t do. It is about expressing how you feel and how you feel about how you feel- and always coming from a place of love, openness and vulnerability.
She has since decided she was not wanting to go into relationship with him again. But nevertheless- she got to learn the lesson about how to communicate vulnerability with an open heart.
This retrograde is such a blessing. Use this time now for cleaning, cleansing, purging. It is a wonderful time to clear out your home and space from anything connected to past lovers or partners. Let that shit go- create space for new energy to come.
I am so grateful for the incredibly deep and profound lessons that i have received during this retrograde. Discovering the root of breakdown in my past relationships and finding the keys to the kingdom of healthy relationship manifestation.
When we love ourselves fully and we connect with Source/God/Goddess/Great Spirit- Anything is possible.
