I have found flow again and I am moving with ease and grace with an open heart.
It took letting go of people, situations, and ideals that were bringing me down and causing me dis- ease.
If someone does not want to come out and dance freely under the moonlight with bare feet- then walk away.
Because there is someone in this world who will great you as if you are the most precious jewel in the world- and that is the value of your open heart.
So love yourself a little more today.
