Join us for a two-day Higher Heart Healing Retreat–
In this workshop you will learn about how to use universal energy (love) for healing.
You will learn how to send this healing energy to yourself or others for healing.
You will learn the basics of energy healing, how to create boundaries and stay clean energetically.
You will also learn different ways to work with this love energy and how to decipher your energy field from other people’s energy.
Day 1- Reiki I
You will learn what Reiki is, it’s history, and how it is used. In the afternoon you will receive your Reiki 1 attunement and begin to practice using Reiki on yourself and others. You will learn the basics of how to offer a Reiki healing session to someone, how to clear space, ground and protect. This is an entry-level class and no pre-requisite is required.
Day 2- Reiki II
This class will help you develop your skills as a healer. It is designed to strengthen your intuition and understanding of energy healing. You will be attuned to Reiki 2, learn how to use the Reiki symbols in healing sessions, and how to send distance healings. Pre-requisites: Reiki Level 1
Alison Eakin is passionate about helping empower people to heal themselves and connect with their intuition. This class is designed to awaken your own healing gifts. We will discuss energy, the chakras, grounding, clearing, how to “hold space” for someone and what it means to be a Reiki practitioner.
Alison loves helping clients open to their own healing abilities. For over a decade she has been studying yoga and Pranayama breathwork. She has completed all of the healer trainings with world-renowned healer David Elliott. She is a certified Reiki Master, Breath Work Teacher, Yoga Teacher, Gong Therapist, Qi Gong teacher, Priestess of the Light and Aromatherapist.
This workshop will be held in downtown Ojai-at Soul Body Ojai.
You will receive a Reiki certificate at the end of the class and will be able to start practicing Reiki
9:00-5:00 pm both days with a 1 hour lunch break.
