Today we gathered in the heart of our town under the ancient oak trees and offered our prayers and our love in this sacred valley of the moon. It was an honor to share some of my medicine and the sacred breath with you all.
This is the heart of yoga. To come together, to remember; to awaken and to unite with the divine.
